New Clients

An in-home interview is required prior to reservations for all new clients. This visit is free and should take about an hour. The sitter must meet you and your animals and evaluate your needs before making a commitment to providing your animals care. During this meeting you will need to read over and sign the Policy Form and Vet Release. The sitter will take down your animal's information, feeding and care information, and your contact information for our records. The sitter will also obtain your key during this visit. Your key will be kept in a locked key cabinet until service starts and your personal information will be stored in a locked file box and will be kept confidential.
